7:00 p CHECK IN for Former Staff and their Families
Visit with Flat Rock friends in the Lodge or around Cabin area campfires. No meals served Friday evening, however, snacks will be available for purchase at the Trading Post.
Saturday, August 5
7:00 a EARLY RISERS - Coffee on Lodge Deck for Friday Night guests

8:15 a BREAKFAST for Friday Night guests

9:00 a CHAPEL
​
10:00 a CHECK IN Begins for Saturday arrivals
​
10:30 a - 12:00 p ACTIVITIES are OPEN (things like Archery, Climbing, Creative Arts, River Float...)
​
11:00 a VISION TOURS of Camp - Walk through Camp with a Director or Board member to see what's new
and get excited about what's coming next.
​
BACK 40 TOURS - Join a Director or Board Member for a Hayride to the new 40 acres, Outpost and
back part of Camp.
​
Tours will also be available at 2:00p and 3:30 p.
​
12:30 p COOKOUT LUNCH

1:30 p - 4:30 p ACTIVITIES are OPEN (things like Archery, Climbing, Creative Arts, Pool...)

2:00 p VISION TOURS of Camp - Walk through Camp with a Director or Board member to see what's new

8:30 - 8:45 a CHAPEL in the Lodge

8:45 - 9:05 a SLIDE SHOW of the weekend in the Lodge

10:00 a FINAL GOODBYES with FRIENDS and PACK UP

10:30 a ALL GUESTS DEPART until next time!
