The age and education requirements are as of the start of employment. The pay rate listed is per week. Time off is scheduled on a rotating basis and includes one day and one night each week. Each link will take you to the job description for that position.

* College Junior or equivalent, at least 21 years old, and have a valid driver's license.

All employees with prior camp staff experience earn an extra $10 per week. Staff who hold one of the following certifications earn an additional $10 per week:

  • YMCA On the Guard II
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard
  • RLSS Bronze Medallion
  • NRA Riflery Instructor
  • NAA Level 1 Instructor
  • Water Safety Instructor
  • WFR, WFA, or WEMT

All staff are required to hold First Aid and Adult and Child CPR certifications for the duration of employment. You do not need to have these certifications in order to apply for a position and are welcome to attend the classes here at camp if you cannot take them beforehand. We require a health history and background check on all employees. Smoking, tobacco and alcohol are not allowed on camp property.
